Product Description

Overview

The X1550-16T2T2S is a high-density Layer 2 managed switch engineered for demanding commercial and industrial networks requiring extensive copper connectivity with flexible uplink options. Its optimized port configuration delivers exceptional versatility for deployment in retail environments, campus networks, surveillance systems, and smart buildings where high device density must coexist with resilient backbone connectivity.

This switch features 16 auto-negotiating 10/100/1000BASE-T RJ45 ports for high-density device access, supplemented by 2 dedicated RJ45 uplink ports and 2 independent 1GbE SFP slots. The dual uplink options allow simultaneous copper and fiber connectivity (single/multi-mode), enabling hybrid topology designs, EMI-resistant fiber backbones, and long-distance extensions up to 80km while maintaining copper failover capability.

Delivering enterprise-grade control, the X1550-16T2T2S supports comprehensive L2 management including VLAN segmentation, QoS prioritization (802.1p/DSCP), LACP link aggregation, and multi-spanning tree (STP/RSTP/MSTP) for loop prevention. Advanced security features like 802.1X authentication, port isolation, ACL filtering, and IP-MAC binding are managed via intuitive Web GUI, CLI, or SNMPv3.

Key Features

  1. High-Density Hybrid Design: 16x RJ45 access ports + 2x RJ45 uplinks + 2x SFP fiber slots.

  2. Dual Uplink Flexibility: Concurrent copper (RJ45) and fiber (SFP) uplinks for hybrid topologies.

  3. Carrier-Class Resilience: MSTP/RSTP redundancy and LACP link aggregation (802.3ad).

  4. Granular Traffic Control: 4 hardware queues with 802.1p/DSCP QoS and ACL-based policies.

  5. Silent Industrial Build: Fanless metal housing
